Alba Dental Centre is looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in a progressive state of the art dental office. The successful applicant is a highly motivated, caring, friendly, team player with great communication skills, and has 1+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Performs all aspects of clinical preventive hygiene services and whitening.
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counseling
• Providing consistent patient experience during hygiene visits.
• Establishes strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills
• Gentle, caring, and able to work well with pediatric patients
• Demonstrates great ability and self-confidence while talking with patients about their incomplete treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program
• Registered and/or licensed by the dental hygiene regulatory authority within the province of ON in good standing.
• Valid CPR Certification
• Excellent computer skills Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Tracker software knowledge is an asset.
