Masters Dental Lab is hiring again!

We are looking for skilled Dental Technician professionals to best serve our dental community. This job will certainly boost your career and enable you to grow as a graduate technician! Dental Technician We are looking for a dental technician graduate, with a dental technology degree. An additional specialization or certification in CDT, RDT or an MDT degree is an asset. We are seeking a full time and a part time technician.

The ideal Dental Technician must have the following skills sets:

1. A dental technology degree.
2. Interest and skill with removables and/or ceramics.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Good leadership skills.
5. A customer-first mindset.
6. A willingness to learn on the job.
7. A willingness to advance their dentistry skills.
8. Ability to understand & utilize digital technologies & adopt new innovations.
9. Ability to see/decipher detail, colour and contour for both chairside and digital chairside (with digital computer technologies).

The ideal candidate must have:

A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment during the pandemic, as outlined in the return to work guidance issued by the Nova Scotia government in May 2020.

RDT Certificate /Possible consideration: Consideration will be given to those without a degree, who have written and passed the RDT exam.

This will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Beneficial to have:

1. Bilingual – French / English.
2. CAD-CAM/2020 technology skills.
3. 3D printing skills.
4. Business acumen.
5. A tendency to be positive and think innovatively and creatively.
